Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations and daily activities
- Maintain proper stock management, inventory, and dispatch records
- Supervise loading, unloading, packing, and shipment processes
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and assign daily tasks
- Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory audits
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams
- Handle damaged or returned products and maintain reports
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping

Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Good knowledge of stock handling and dispatch processes
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Tally preferred)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities
