Role Overview

As a Perfume & Skincare Consultant Intern, you will help customers discover the right perfumes

and skincare products based on their preferences, personality, skin concerns, and lifestyle.

This role combines luxury consultation, customer engagement, relationship management, and

brand experience.

The internship is designed for students interested in luxury retail, beauty consulting, branding,

customer psychology, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication

channels




- Understand customer preferences and provide personalised perfume/skincare

recommendations
- Deliver a premium luxury consultation experience
- Guide customers in selecting suitable fragrances and skincare routines
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Handle customer queries professionally and empathetically
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow-up communication
- Coordinate with the marketing & operations team for customer engagement activities
- Represent the brand’s luxury positioning in every interaction

Compensation Structure

Internship Phase
- 3 Months: ₹10,000 stipend + incentives

PPO Opportunity
- Full time Employment Opportunity
- Salary package ranging from ₹2.5 - ₹3.5 LPA
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Passion for perfumes, skincare, luxury brands, or beauty industry
- Confident and customer-friendly personality
- Good interpers
