Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in [specific area/region]. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, ideally with prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives/representatives.
- Generate and manage leads through field visits, digital platforms, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
- Meet potential customers directly, explain solar project benefits, and convert leads into orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Stay updated on KSEB, MNRE, and state solar policies to communicate benefits to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role (preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical/Power sector).
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and achieve target
