Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for:
- Identifying relevant tenders:
- Search and identify suitable tenders, rate contracts and institutional requirements.




- Identify opportunities where our products can be supplied.
- Tender Application & Documentation:
- Study tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Ensure documents are complete and submitted within deadlines.
- Track EMD, tender fees, certificates and other requirements.
- Government & Institutional Business Development:
- Identify departments, PSUs, institutions and large organisations that regularly purchase relevant products.
- Explore vendor registration and empanelment opportunities.
- Develop institutional supply opportunities beyond individual tenders.
- Follow-up & Coordination:
- Follow up with relevant departments and procurement authorities.
- Track tender status, technical evaluation, commercial evaluation and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with our internal team for pricing, product specifications and documentation.
