Daily marketing data calling and customer follow-up

Coordination with Sales & Operations Team

Maintain calling records and Excel databases

Data Entry & Record Maintenance

Prepare Customer Detail Files (CDF)

Feedback Calling & Customer Support

Maintain files, documents, and office records

Follow company SOPs and maintain professionalism
