RoleSummary:
The ones curious about industrial real estate, and want hands-on exposure to Leasing business, industrial mapping, supply management, industrial presentations and industry reporting.

KeyResponsibilities:
As a Real Estate Intern, you will:
✔ Conduct market surveys to identify currently available industrial spaces across key precincts in Gujarat





✔ Compile and maintain a database of available supply, including size, location, rent, and status

✔ Conduct business development for Industries, thereby working towards their expansion plans PAN India

✔ Map industries, industrial parks, occupiers, logistics parks active in the Gujarat market, categorizing by segment, footprint, and expansion strategy

✔ Assist in profiling developers, occupiers, manufacturers and emerging industrial corridors

✔ Support preparation of market option decks, overviews, pitch presentations including supply analysis and market trends

✔ Assist transaction managers in meetings, relationship building and deal structuring and eventually become a transaction manager

✔ Present insights in well-structured summaries and presentations

✔ Work closely with the Transaction Advisory team to support client deliverables
