- Production Planning and Control
- Continuously monitor and operate distillery process on shift to shift basis to achieve production target- Coordination with Quality, Engineering teams for shift to shift operations.- Optimize asset utilization, Plant efficiency- Fulfilling of FSSAI requirements in Production & Maintenance
- Achievement of production targets- Plant Efficiencies- Unit Consumption of steam, Water and Chemicals
- Maintenance & Quality Management
- Continues improvement of quality and efficiencies in Operations.- Ensure preventive maintenance and Implement Planned maintenance schedule- Ensure zero defect of production quality as per company quality standard- Ensure up keep of plant and machinery.
- Plant efficiency- ENA quality score- ENA Yield
- Cost management
- Maximize & maintain the ENA yield on shift basis- Continuously monitor the Process chemical costs, steam consumption and take steps to keep them at an optimum level.- Identify cost improvement initiatives and make plans and get budget to implement the same.- Improve Plant efficiency, Productivity and fuel efficiencies.
