We are looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Market Survey Specialist to scout, analyze, and evaluate local food vendors and corporate catering trends. You will be our boots-on-the-ground intelligence, collecting data to help scale our corporate food solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Research: Conduct on-ground surveys of local food vendors, street-food hubs, and corporate cafeterias.
- Data Collection: Gather structural pricing, menu varieties, hygiene standards, and vendor capacities.
- Competitor Analysis: Identify gaps in the institutional and corporate catering market.
- Vendor Sourcing: Scout potential vendor partners capable of handling high-volume live counters.
- Reporting: Convert field insights into easy,
actionable Excel/Google Sheet reports for management.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 0-2 years in market research, field sales, or the hospitality/F&B; industry (Fresher foodies welcome).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable with field travel, and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Trait: Highly observant with a deep passion for exploring different food cultures and street food.
- Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler for local field travel.
