We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of our growing dermatology and aesthetic clinic. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who can seamlessly balance clinic operations, sales performance, team leadership, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
- Drive clinic revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase treatment conversions and service uptake
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, conversion rates, and patient acquisition
- Identify growth opportunities through business development, referrals, and patient retention initiatives
- Prepare regular performance reports and business insights for management





Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinic protocols
- Optimize appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization
- Manage inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Patient Experience & Retention
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints
- Manage patient feedback, concerns, and escalations effectively
- Implement patient retention and loyalty programs
- Monitor satisfaction scores, repeat visits, referrals, and retention metrics
- Build long-term relationships that foster trust and engagement

Team Leadership & Development
