Crowe seeks a dynamic Learning Managerwho will be crucial in developing and delivering innovative, high-impact learning solutions. This position requires a blend of project management, quality control, critical thinking, and vendor oversight to ensure the successful execution of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:




Project Management and Quality Control:
- Collaborate with the India Talent Leader, India BU Directors, firmwide Learning team and other stakeholders to manage multiple high-priority learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a project manager liaising with multiple stakeholders to support the development and delivery of learning solutions end-to-end.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure learning materials meet high standards.
- Implement quality control processes to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in course development and delivery.
