- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional Services FP&A; & P&L; Management
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze Professional Services P&L; at project, region, and company level.
- Track and maintain master data for all Statements of Work (SOWs), service orders, and projects.
- Perform project-level profitability analysis across T&M; and Fixed Bid engagements.
- Validate rate cards, E0/E1 estimates, and pricing assumptions for new and ongoing projects.
- Monitor profitability across mixed resource models including in-house teams and subcontractors.

Project Financial Tracking & Controls
- Track project costs, including billable/non-billable hours, offshore costs
