- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse the company’s current growth engine and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Build short-term and long-term growth plans.
- Identify current customer segments, markets, channels and acquisition opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.
- Translate business objectives into measurable growth initiatives.
2. Business & Market Analysis
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research.
- Analyse customer behaviour, pain points, buying journeys and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Evaluate competitors’ positioning, pricing, marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on market intelligence and data.
3. Customer Acquisition
- Build and optimize customer acquisition strategies across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Organic Social Media
- SEO
- Content Marketing
- Partnerships
- Referral channels
- Other relevant growth channels
- Evaluate channel performance and recommend where the company should increase or reduce investment.
- Develop strategies to improve CAC, conversion rate, lead quali
