Key ResponsibilitiesRERA Compliance & Advisory
- Provide legal guidance on matters related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
- Ensure compliance of ongoing and upcoming projects with RERA regulations.
- Review project registrations, disclosures, agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory obligations related to real estate projects.

Litigation & Legal Representation
- Represent the company before RERA Authorities, RERA Appellate Tribunals, Consumer Forums, and Courts.
- Draft, review, and file complaints, replies, appeals, written submissions, and legal notices.
- Handle disputes involving homebuyers, developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with external counsels and legal consultants when required.

Contract & Documentation Management
- Draft and vet Sale Agreements, Allotment Letters, Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Review legal documentation to ensure compliance with RERA and applicable laws.




- Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions and project approvals.

Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Monitor changes in real estate laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, legal bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain legal records, case files, and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- 5-10+ years of experience in RERA, Real Estate Litigation, and Property Law.
- Robust understanding of RERA Act, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Contract Act, and related real estate regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
