Job Summary:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor site execution in line with project plans and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans and communicate effectively with the team.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues on-site.
- Assist in material planning, requisitions, and inventory management.
- Support project documentation including checklists, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with the Project Manager on progress, challenges,



and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in site execution or construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Familiar with construction tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:
- Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects (as relevant).
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO or local building codes.
- Certification in safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,075.38 per month

Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
