Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and process guidance to RCM team members.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions based on performance and quality results.
- Identify knowledge gaps and create coaching and action plans.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT, and SLA adherence.
- Review errors, denials, claim issues, and process gaps to identify root causes.
- Provide constructive feedback and track employee improvement.
- Support new-hire training, nesting, and process transition.
- Conduct refresher training on US Healthcare RCM processes and client SOPs.
- Assist in training materials, process updates, and knowledge assessments.
- Ensure adherence to client SOPs and applicable compliance requirements.
- Analyze performance reports and identify trends requiring coaching intervention.
- Support process audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain coaching records and performance improvement documentation.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Operations and Quality teams.
- Recommend solutions for recurring process and performance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- 1-2 years of experience in coaching, training, SME, Team Lead, or quality-related role preferred.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM workflows.
- Good knowledge of medical billing terminology and payer processes.
