Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Ad Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
- Robust understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance effectively.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
- Knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce sales funnels.
- Experience with WhatsApp Marketing, YouTube Ads,
