Role Overview
- Position: Property Advisor
- Location: Navi Mumbai (Nerul)
- Employment Type: Full time
- Work Schedule: Fixed Sundays off + Alternate Saturdays off (2nd & 4th)
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify prime commercial office, retail, and industrial spaces across Mumbai.
- Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property insights through continuous on-site visits and online channels.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update clean data logs in our CRM system.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide direct operational and inspection support to the sales team.
Mandatory Requirements
- Vehicle: Must own a 2-wheeler / bike with a valid driver's license (mandatory).
- Travel: Completely comfortable with daily travel across various Mumbai locations.
- Education: Undergraduate or graduate degrees are welcome.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
- Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
