Key Responsibilities:
Estimator quantity surveyor for interiors

Take site measurement

Go through the 2D and 3D drawings in detail

Arrive quantities from the design

Calculate per unit prices of each item based on the expenses

Submit quotation

Follow customer and get the sale order confirmed.

Experienced people in the industry only can apply.

product knowledge and specifications

Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out projects.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and fit-out works

Excellent quantity take-off and BOQ preparation skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of estimation software (CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) is an advantage.

Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.

Valuable negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
