Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior Workday Financials Administrator for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.
You'll join the Finance Solution Delivery team. This role provides additional capacity to a lean, high-performing team and offers an excellent prospect to grow your Workday expertise in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will work alongside senior team members and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and enhancements within Workday Financials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Exposure to one or more financial domains, such as Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, and Business Assets.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday. Experience supporting production operations or project-based work in a team setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager problem-solver with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and teammates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide configuration support across Workday Financials domains under guidance from senior team members.
- Assist with production issues, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to timely resolutions.
- Support the design and implementation of solutions aligned with platform standards.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to help translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.
- Help ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within financial processes.
