Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Guide students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹17,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday working during peak admission season (April-June).
