Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage additional paid channels like LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and eCommerce growth
- Conduct audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to enhance performance
- Set up and manage tracking tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
- Analyze campaign and user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics to derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, present performance reports, and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (paid advertising)
- Solid expertise in Google Ads
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience implementing conversion tracking and event tracking
- Excellent understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
