Service generates units, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical fixtures, to include heating, ventilating and air conditioning, irrigation, plumbing, pneumatic and alarm systems boilers and controls. Perform maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Repair motors, pumps, and plumbing for water supply, boilers,
and other equipment. Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records, order equipment and supplies. Perform related duties as assigned. Coordinate with outsourced contractors for maintenance towards structural, mechanical and electrical systems Maintain the general administration of the maintenance program. Prepare maintenance related budgets and financial reports. Assist with preparation of Maintenance and Improvement Plans Establish preventative maintenance schedules. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment’s and determine site feasibility. Ensure inventories and records are maintained. Discuss Manager Technical of major problems and recommend corrective actions. Implement safety procedures / accident prevention.
