Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 4–5 years of dedicated software testing experience to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless user experience of our Salesforce platform, focusing heavily on Sales Cloud.

Basic Requirements
Key Responsibilities
A) Functional & End-to-End Salesforce Testing
Analyze complex business requirements and user stories to design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans,



manual test cases, and accurate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts.
Perform rigorous functional, regression, smoke, and ad-hoc testing specifically tailored for Salesforce Sales Cloud (including Lead conversion, Opportunity pipelines, Account/Contact management, Quotes, and Forecasting).
Validate complex Salesforce configurations, such as custom lightning components, validation rules, Flow automations, approval processes, and security models (profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules).
Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external, third-party systems.
Support and guide the business users with executing the test scripts as part of the user acceptance testing
B) Backend Data Validation & Querying
Write and execute SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) queries via Developer Console or Workbench to perform backend data validation.
