Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services.
- Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide technical support to employees and users.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.




- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, formulas, and reporting.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,635.59 - ₹15,298.77 per month
