Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused Floor Coordinator to oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and provide excellent support to patients and their attendants throughout their hospital journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth functioning of assigned hospital floors.
- Assist patients and attendants with admissions, transfers, discharges, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, diagnostics, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure timely patient care.
- Address patient queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Monitor patient movement and maintain effective communication between departments.




- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with hospital policies on the assigned floor.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Escalate operational issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
