Purpose
The role's purpose is to build and maintain reliable HR analytics and dashboarding solutions (Power BI) that turn data into actionable insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders.Key Missions
We are hiring for Executive - HRIS & Analytics based at Noida.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
Design, build and maintain HR dashboards (HR analytics tool,
SAP Stories,Power BI) to track key HR metrics
Collect, consolidate and clean HR data
Analyze HR data trends and translate findings into explicit, actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
Support HRLT and HR teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting tools and HRIS modules
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing time
Partner with PSA team to align analytics needs with SuccessFactors data structure and configuration
Contribute to the definition of KPIs and reporting standards across entities
Train and support HR users on dashboard usage and self-service reporting and ensure adoption.
Stay updated on analytics best practices and tools, proposing improvements to existing reporting frameworks
