Overview:
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaign plans
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential markets, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services




- Track and report on business development activities and results
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
