- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth production.

- Track raw materials, production status, and inventory requirements.
- Resolve production issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet Shrey Sports standards.
- Maintain production records, reports, and order-wise status updates.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, warehouse, and procurement teams for smooth execution.
