We are looking for a Fitness Floor Manager who can lead trainers, manage gym operations, improve member retention, and drive Personal Training (PT) performance.

This is NOT a retail, restaurant, or office manager role. Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, health club, or sports facility is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily gym floor operations
- Manage and monitor fitness trainers
- Ensure trainers actively engage with members
- Track Personal Training (PT) sales and trainer performance
- Assist in PT lead generation, conversions, and renewals
- Handle member concerns and ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism on the gym floor
- Coordinate trainer schedules and floor coverage
- Conduct trainer meetings and performance reviews
- Support membership retention initiatives

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a gym, fitness center,



health club, or related fitness workplace
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and member-handling abilities
- Understanding of gym operations and Personal Training services
- Ability to motivate trainers and achieve PT targets
