Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Explain product features, pricing, purity, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Follow up with customers and promote schemes and offers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Jewellery Sales or Retail Sales.
- Jewellery showroom experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
