Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other clinical staff.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Stay updated on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment, US Staffing, or Healthcare Staffing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and terminology.
- Experience using job boards such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Nursing, Allied Healthcare, or MSP/VMS recruitment.
- Knowledge of credentialing and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with US healthcare staffing regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
