The Role

We're looking for a Senior Social Media & Marketing Specialist to fully own SPX's social media presence and drive high-level marketing across the network. You'll be the voice of the SPX brand online — growing our pages, amplifying our creators' wins,



and building marketing campaigns that bring the next wave of talented creators into the network.

This is a senior, ownership-level role. You won't just schedule posts — you'll set the strategy, run the calendar, direct the content, analyze the numbers, and report directly to leadership.

What You'll Own

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all SPX network pages across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Build and run a consistent content calendar: creator spotlights, earnings wins, event recaps, recruitment content, and brand storytelling
- Engage daily with our community — comments, DMs, shares — and keep the SPX voice energetic, authentic, and on-brand
- Personally edit and repurpose creator LIVE moments, testimonials, and battle highlights into polished, high-performing short-form content
- Create AI-generated images and video assets for campaigns, promos, and brand content using the latest A
