How you'll make an impact:
- Responsibilities:
- Specializes on the facilitation of an agile development team and manages the process and project management, in accordance with agile principles to oversee the software development lifecycle.
- Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements.



Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project progress is made.
- Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
- Manages projects using Scrum and/or Agile frameworks to accomplish project objectives and manage the work. Career: Applies advanced knowledge of sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include:
- Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
- Facing IT function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

About you:
- Qualifications:
- University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
