Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with strong storytelling
- Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics:
- Use background music and sound effects effectively
- Design engaging visual elements to enhance content quality
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and viral formats:
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement and reach:
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing team
Required Skills & Tools
- 2-3 years of hands-on video editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro:
- Experience with mobile editing apps like VN Video Editor:
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway ML and Pictory:
- Strong understanding of reels editing style, pacing,
and hooks:
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating viral or high-performing content:
- Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts:
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (bonus)
- Basic design skills (thumbnails, text styling, layouts)
