Job Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support pre-employment documentation and background verification processes.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate current hire orientation and induction activities.

HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Manage employee files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.

Employee Support:
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation, forms, and records.
- Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration or HR support roles.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
