Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing
- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Meet prospective clients at the showroom and present suitable aluminium window and door solutions.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, system specifications, and available customization options.
- Share quotations with customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and individual customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a high customer conversion ratio through effective sales techniques.

2. Site Visits & Project Coordination
- Visit customer sites for measurements, project discussions, and requirement analysis.
- Coordinate with customers before installation to ensure site readiness.




- Supervise local installation activities to ensure quality workmanship.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to customers.
- Ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines.

3. After-Sales Service
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Coordinate repair, maintenance, and warranty service requests.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Showroom & Office Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and professionally maintained at all times.
- Supervise outsourced installation teams and monitor their work quality and schedules.
- Coordinate installation planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, sales reports, and installation schedules.
