We're looking for a Brand Ambassador - Talent Acquisition Intern who will be the face of our company and help us attract exceptional talent. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy networking, engaging with people, and creating a great first impression.
This is a 6-month, in-office internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally during all recruitment activities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Assist in organizing hiring drives, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
Requirements:

- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for networking, recruitment, and employer branding.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
