Key Responsibilities
- Responding to any queries / quote requests from customers
- Securing orders by doing necessary follow-ups
- Guiding and monitoring the "Sales Support Executive" to get operational work done accurately
- Understanding customers deeply to strengthen customer relationship quality
- Studying customer websites & product portfolios
- Reviewing sales patterns to identifying declining or stopped products and understanding buying patterns
- Identify new products, opportunities, and cross-selling items
Requirement:
- B.
Com with 3-7+ years’ experience of dealing in engineering / industrial products, similar role.
- Valuable analytical thinking (Data analysis - Sales trend)
- Ability to study existing customers’ product portfolios and identify additional products which can be offered to customers
- Ability to guide support team members to get the orders executed on time
- Capable of presenting product details and customer reports clearly to management.
