Dhindsa Travel Private Limited is looking for experienced and motivated Travel Sales & Call Centre Executives for our India office.
Key Requirements
- Previous Call Centre experience is highly preferred and important:
- Strong experience in phone sales, customer calling and lead conversion:
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry:
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo is preferred
- Good understanding of airline reservations, airfares, ticketing and travel-related services
- Ability to confidently handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi and/or Hindi:
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Must be reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment

Main Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries by phone, follow up with new and existing leads, provide travel quotations, assist customers with flights and other travel services, maintain professional customer relationships, and work toward individual and company sales targets.
