In this role, you will ensure accurate handling of delivery documentation, invoicing transactions, and reporting activities while maintaining compliance with established procedures and service level agreements.

What You’ll Do

As a Process Agent - FP&A;, you will play a key role in supporting Global reporting operations by managing essential transactional and documentation activities. Your responsibilities will include:




- Preparing and delivering periodic financial reports in line with global standards
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Performing data validation and ensuring accuracy of reported figures
- Assisting in variance analysis and providing insights to stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating reporting templates and dashboards
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., R2R, S2P, S2C) for data inputs
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting guidelines
- Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes

What We’re Looking For

Hard Skills
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of FP&A; reporting activities, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- ERP Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP, or other financial ERP platforms.
- Data Management: Ability to handle large volumes of transactional data with accuracy and attention to detail.
