Salon Sutra is a smart, AI-powered QR booking software designed to streamline operations for Salons and Barbershops. We empower salon owners by helping them reduce customer wait times, efficiently manage staff calendars, and significantly boost their daily bookings.
Compensation & Incentive Structure (Earn Passive Income):
This role is tailor-made for highly motivated individuals who want to bypass the limitations of a fixed salary and earn unlimited income driven by their own hard work
Direct Sales Commission: Earn a flat 40% commission on every new salon onboarding (applicable to the first month's sale).
Recurring Passive Income:
Earn a continuous 20% commission every time your onboarded client renews their subscription in the following months (The more clients you acquire, the higher your consistent, monthly passive income).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to meet face-to-face with Salons, Barbershops, and Stylists within your designated territory.
Provide clear and engaging demonstrations of the Salon Sutra software, highlighting core advantages such as QR-based booking, revenue tracking, and zero wait times.
Effectively pitch the software and successfully onboard/subscribe new clients to the platform.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure consistent monthly subscription renewals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in B2B Sales or Field Sales is preferred. (Highly driven freshers with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply).
A solid understanding of the local market and geography.
