Location: Malad, Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate stall fabrication, printing, branding, logistics, and AV vendors.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations and prepare basic costing and BOQs.
- Maintain and expand the vendor database.
- Monitor project timelines, execution schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Support stall setup and dismantling activities at exhibition venues.
- Visit exhibitions and industry events for vendor and client networking.
- Assist the Business Head in project coordination and profitability tracking.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Exhibitions, Events, Fabrication, Interior Fit-Outs, Advertising, Branding, BTL, or MICE industries.
- Strong vendor management, coordination, and negotiation skills.




- Good knowledge of Excel and project tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and exhibitions.
