We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer -.NET with Azure & AIto design and oversee robust backend microservices architecture while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence across our platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee backend microservices architecture
- Ensure integration with Azure services, Kafka, Redis and external systems
- Mentor backend developers and enforce coding standards

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development




- 7+ years in backend development
- 2+ years in a lead/architect role
- Expertise in.NET Core/8, Azure AKS and microservices
- Experience with GitHub Copilot

Nice to have
- Background in insurance or financial platforms
