Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Understand each seller's product portfolio, sales patterns, and growth targets to recommend the right marketing package (banner ads, featured listings, promotional campaigns, seasonal push, etc.).
- Conduct product demos, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sellers, ensuring renewals, upsells, and high retention.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing, design, and category teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of purchased marketing services.
- Track seller campaign performance, share reports, and demonstrate ROI to encourage repeat investment.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, deals, and seller communications in the CRM.
- Gather seller feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams to improve our offerings.
- Given the dynamic nature of an e-commerce marketplace, demonstrate versatility by contributing across sales, account management, and cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (sales, business development, key account management, or inside sales)—experience selling to SMBs, sellers, or vendors on e-commerce platforms is a robust plus.
- Proven ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus, given our seller base).
- Comfort with numbers—able to build simple ROI cases and pricing comparisons for sellers.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, ads, promotions).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-moving marketplace environment.
