Key Responsibilities:
- Toolchain Ownership & Governance: Own and govern the integrated S4+ toolchain, ensuring it supports programme delivery, governance requirements and consistent ways of working across all workstreams and delivery partners.
- Traceability & Delivery Enablement: Establish end-to-end traceability across business capabilities, processes, requirements, design decisions, testing, defects, training and readiness activities, providing trusted programme data and audit-ready evidence.
- Partner & User Adoption: Drive consistent tooling adoption across Weir, SAP, Deloitte and third-party partners through coaching, enablement, standards and governance, ensuring teams follow agreed delivery practices.
