Your impact

A well-motivated and creative Graduate/Postgraduate Engineer with strong numerical, logical, and analytical abilities, who is eager to build a career in Engineering, Planning, or Design Consulting within multi-disciplinary projects. Our Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training on live projects, where the apprentice will support engineers in project delivery and design activities, while also assisting in the preparation of strategic planning advice across a range of projects,



with continuous mentorship and guidance to ensure success. Apprentice responsibility will contain:
Working closely with business teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency

Support the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Contribute to the creation of documentation including data dictionaries, processes, and reporting standards

Assist in maintaining data quality by performing regular audits and resolving inconsistencies

Support automation initiatives using scripting or basic programming (Python/SQL) where required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and analytical capabilities
