Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, sales strategy, and team management. This role involves generating and converting leads, managing key client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and leading the BDE team in the Healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, surgeons, diagnostics, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Client Communication & Negotiation:Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Team Management: Guide, monitor,



and support BDEs to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Pipeline & Sales Reporting:Manage the sales pipeline, track KPIs, maintain CRM records, and prepare sales reports.
- Client Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with prospective clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
