Job Overview:
Responsibilities:

Establish and enforce coding, testing, and implementation standards, ensuring alignment with overall architectural blueprints.:
- Drive key design decisions as a Development Lead, leveraging deep technical knowledge and cross-team collaboration.:
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within agile and waterfall methodologies.:
- Optimize development processes and operational environments to enhance efficiency and accelerate project delivery.:
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in product development, focusing on software engineering.:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.:




- Proven experience delivering software solutions within an Agile development workplace.:
- Proficiency in Agentic AI coding platforms and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Devin.AI, Anthropic Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).:
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying products leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.:

Demonstrated ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into innovative product features and platforms.:
- Proven experience in BDD automation, Test Driven Development and Quality Assurance.:
- Knowledge and experience building financial software products.:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent practical experience.:
