Key Responsibilities:
- Handle MEP estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis & costing.
- Review GFC drawings, tender documents, specifications & TDS.
- Prepare Material Requests (MR) and coordinate with Procurement/Vendors for timely delivery.
- Prepare variation statements and technical justifications.
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project, WBS and resource planning.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, Subcontractors and Site Teams.
- Handle testing & commissioning, L1-L5 documentation and project handover.
- Coordinate with Customers, PMC/Consultants and Vendors.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-Fighting systems required.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
