Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Maintain availability of PLC M/cs, Electronic equipment's in the Plant.
- Co-ordinate with OEM of M/c Tools and PLC system Suppliers for necessary support.
- Identify and conceptualise improvement projects in the areas of manufacturing facilities, maintenance support, cost reduction.
- Implement the manufacturing cost reduction activities through in-house Electronics Repairs.
- Support TPM Activities related to Relay circuits, PLC and Electronic M/cs and Equipment's.
- Strengthening the quality by supporting and improving No Fault Forward (NFF).
- Digitalization Implementation for improving the machine standards to meet Industry 4.0.
- Strengthening Pick-to-Light, MTTWU Concepts.
- Skill improvement activities for associates
